The Reality of Thoughts
My thoughts are real. Today, if I wish to see a change in my life I will first envision it in my mind. I will see myself operating in my world as I would like to operate. I will accept my thoughts as powerful and real. I will behave upon the stage within my mind, in the way I wish to behave in the outside world. I will hold the image of how I would like a situation to be, interact with it, smell it, taste it, feel it, be it. Then I will let it go. I will repeat this process over and over again as I go about my day. When I can shape my own thoughts and believe and trust in them, I am choosing how I want to be; I am practicing in my mind. What I can see as possible for myself within my own mind, I can see as possible in my life.
I acknowledge my thoughts as real.
Beholding beauty with the eye of the mind, be will be enabled to bring forth not images of beauty, but realities (for he has hold not of an image but of reality).
